Does anyone need to be at the property?

No. As long as we have access to the property or the items, through a lockbox, code or key, no one has to be there.

How does the 10% client discount work?

When your client books, they tell us you’re their agent and 10% comes off their job.

What if the price doesn’t work for my client?

We confirm the price on site before we touch anything. If they’re happy, we start whenever they’re ready. If not, we’re on our way. There’s no cost up to that point and no sales pitch.

When does my client pay?

After the job is complete, online or over the phone.

What happens to the stuff?

Usable items go to local nonprofits and families whenever we can. The rest is recycled or disposed of properly.

Do you handle demolition or lot clearing?

Yes, through our sister company Raider Site Services: sheds, decks, inground pool fill-ins, teardowns and land clearing.
