The questions we hear on almost every call, answered the way we’d answer them on the phone.
How much of our 20-ft box truck your stuff takes up. A recliner and a packed garage are very different jobs, so space sets the price.
Dump sites charge us by weight. Concrete, dirt, tile and shingles cost more to dispose of than furniture, so heavy loads are priced by weight.
Minimum job: $150. New customers, seniors, military and first responders get $25 off, bringing it to $125.
Full pricingA couple of angles of what needs to go. No estimate appointment.
A real range based on volume and weight, not a teaser that doubles later.
The crew confirms your exact price before touching anything.
Happy with the price? We load up. You pay once it’s gone.
The price we confirm on-site is the price. If it doesn’t work for you, no hard feelings: we head out and you owe nothing. That’s how we’ve earned 1,700+ five-star reviews.
Pricing is based on volume (how much room your items take up in our truck) plus weight, because the landfill charges us by weight when we unload. Our minimum is $150 ($125 with the $25-off discount), and a full 20-ft truck runs about $1,890. See the pricing page for full ranges.

No. For most jobs, photos are all we need for an accurate range. The exact price is confirmed in person when the crew arrives, before we touch anything. For big cleanouts you can also book a free on-site assessment.
Often, yes. About half the people who call us want same-day service, and we’ve built our schedule around it. Availability depends on the day and your location, so the earlier you text photos, the better your odds.
Almost everything: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard debris, garage and storage clutter, construction debris, hot tubs, pianos and full home or estate cleanouts. Not sure? Text a photo.
Yes. Pianos, hot tubs, safes and appliances are a normal part of what we do. Pricing accounts for the extra labor, weight and access.
Yes. We handle demolition and haul away all the debris in the same visit. See demolition services.
Items in good condition don’t go to the landfill. We donate to local nonprofits and directly to families and individuals in need. Everything else is recycled or disposed of properly.
No. As long as your items are accessible, we’ll call you from the driveway to confirm the price. If you’re happy with it, we haul it away; if not, we’re on our way.
After the job is done, not before. You can pay over the phone or online once everything is hauled away.

Our minimum is $150. New customers, seniors, military and first responders get $25 off, which brings it to $125.
Usable furniture and household goods go to local nonprofits, and straight to families and neighbors who need them.
Metal goes to scrap, electronics to recyclers, and clean concrete to a recycler when the load allows.
Only what can’t be reused or recycled goes to the landfill.
