Builder questions

Do you provide a certificate of insurance for jobsites?

Yes. We send a COI naming you as additional insured before we step on your site, at no charge. $2M general liability is standard.

Can you do recurring weekly debris hauls?

Yes. For multi-week remodels and active builds we set a fixed schedule, one or two pickups a week at a flat per-haul rate, quoted once.

Net terms or job-by-job invoicing?

Either. Our W-9 is on file, and we can invoice per job, weekly, or roll a month of pickups into one invoice.

How does your pricing compare to renting a dumpster?

For active jobs we usually win on total cost: no rental days, no per-ton overage, no permit, and our crew does the loading instead of yours. You get a firm number before any work starts.

Do you recycle metal and concrete?

Yes. Metal goes to a scrapper and clean concrete goes to a recycler rather than a landfill wherever the load allows.

Do you handle asbestos or lead-paint debris?

No. If we spot suspected pre-1978 materials like asbestos wrap, lead paint chips, popcorn ceiling or vermiculite, we stop and refer a certified abatement contractor. That protects your liability as much as ours.

Can you time a cleanout before a CO walk-through?

Yes. Punch-list cleanouts are scheduled to land before your inspection so the walk is clean.
