For builders, GCs & remodelers
Junk Raider is Charlotte’s builder-first debris crew. We pull up, we load, we’re gone — same-day and recurring hauls, so your trades never work around a container. COI before we touch your site.
The math
For an active job, a hauler beats a rented container on every line that matters.
Where we fit
Lumber offcuts, sheathing, packaging — cleared between phases so trades keep moving.
We take it down, load it, haul it. One line item instead of two subs.
Cabinets, fixtures, flooring, drywall, bathroom and interior tear-outs.
Timed to land before your inspection so the walk-through is clean.
Fixed schedule on active builds — 1–2 pickups a week at a flat per-haul rate.
Whole-property clears between tenants or before listing. Photos on completion.

Every job gets a firm number on site — and the 20-ft box truck means fewer trips than any trailer service in town.

Our sister company Raider Site Services handles the heavy side — grading, trenching, gravel, land clearing, and full demolition. One relationship, both crews, zero handoff friction.

Straight answers
Yes. We send a COI naming you as Additional Insured before we step on your site, at no charge. $2M general liability is standard.
Yes. For multi-week remodels and active builds we set a fixed schedule — 1–2 pickups a week at a flat per-haul rate, quoted once.
Either. W-9 is on file — we can invoice per job, weekly, or roll a month of pickups into one invoice, whatever fits your books.
For active jobs we usually win on total cost: no rental days, no per-ton overage, no permit, and our crew does the loading instead of yours. You get a firm number before any work starts.
Yes. Metal goes to a scrapper and clean concrete goes to a recycler rather than a landfill wherever the load allows.
No. If we spot suspected pre-1978 materials — asbestos wrap, lead paint chips, popcorn ceiling, vermiculite — we stop and refer a certified abatement contractor. We know where the line is, and that protects your liability as much as ours.
Yes. Punch-list cleanouts get scheduled to land before your inspection so the walk is clean.
